The operations coordinator reporting to the general manager will be responsible for coordinating the production activities of Eddy 91 Inc. The operations coordinator ensures efficient management of production and human resources while enforcing the product quality standards, as well as quality assurance, health and safety standards and procedures, all in a 5S and KAIZEN environment.

• Ensures that employees work in a safe manner in accordance with the procedures and policies in place;
• Orders from suppliers, receives customer orders and invoicing;
• Creates and executes production planning and manages inventory, receiving and shipping;
• Coordinates the quality of products;
• Offers technical support to customers in the context of customer service;
• Collects and analyses the KPIs (Key production indicators) in the factory;
• Organizes and supervises production employees.

Competencies

• Demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Having knowledge of ERP systems will be considered an asset;
